How to grow your hair faster.

How to grow your hair faster.

we all have been there wanting longer hair again after we bleached or damaged our hair.
and you are stuck in a place were it is no longer growing what can you do?
well here is some tips and products i have followed

  1. TRIM IT

It may sound weird, but you have to cut your hair for it to grow: Damaged ends will break off and make your hair shorter. Now don’t go crazy, though — just get the ends trimmed every six weeks are you’ll look Rapunzel af in 2.5 seconds. Don’t overdo it that will ruin the porpose

  1. avoid SUPER HOT WATER

Chill with the steamy H2O, fam! Super-hot water will weaken your hair, making it dry and brittle. And dry and brittle hair is more prone to breakage. Leaving your hair with very little ability to be healthy and defendant from the daily abuse.

  1. DON’T BLOW DRY AND FLAT IRON IN THE SAME DAY

Heat styling can fry your hair and keep it from growing long and strong. So if you’re scheduling on straightening your hair, let it air dry 1st. instead of loading on the heat damage.

(*DON’T EVER STRAIGHTEN IT WET*) And before you use a hot tool, cover your hair with a protective styler. Such as a heat protectant spray, before you ruin your perfect tendrils.

  1. PAT YOUR HAIR DRY

Wet hair is super fragile, so twisting it up into a towel after stepping out of the shower can break strands and damage your ‘do. Instead, gently pat it dry with a towel. You have to go easy on your hair and gentle.

  1. PAMPER YOUR SCALP

Dirt, oil, and dead skin cells pile up on your scalp making it hard for new hair to grow. Massage your scalp with your fingers every time you shampoo to work all the muck off of your scalp and increase blood flow for happier, healthier, more active hair follicle.

  1. INVEST IN A WIDE-TOOTHED COMB

Wide-toothed combs are essentially the only tool you should use on your hair post-shower. Use them to gently remove tangles without snapping your delicate strands.

  1. BACK OFF THE BLEACH

Bleach and other harsh hair chemicals = breakage, breakage, breakage. Stick to a darker hue, instead. If you’re already blonde, embrace the outgrowth while you’re trying to elongate your tresses.

  1. BE GENTLE WHEN TAKING DOWN YOUR HAIR

Tossing your hair up in a tight elastic is already causing stress to your strands. The total last thing you should do after that is yank your hair tie out of the tangled knot. Cautiously take down your hair and if possible, skip the elastic all together.

  1. DON’T DUPE ARIANA’S PONYTAIL

It’s been proven that a super tight pony can lead to hair loss (and give you migraines). Throwing your hair up few times a month won’t hurt but I’d rather going for the loose braid more often allowing the hair to be set free and relaxed.

  1. don’t be shy to go natural.

No heat at all is better than any heat to be honest if you can go week out of every month without putting any heat on your hair that would give it

A rest to the scalp and the weak ends as well.

  1. mask mask mask!

“You have got to mask your hair” by that I mean applying hair mask once a week and letting it sit in an hour or even overnight will help your hair grow thicker and healthier it’s basically applying vitamins to it.

I recommend the coconut oil hair mask I have attached a picture above

  1. vitamins

We have all seen these vitamins where people display to sell. But truth is I recommend hair skin and nails collagen. It has done me well! And I am loving the thick long hair I have got from using it I could tell there was a difference even in my eyelashes within couple of weeks
